You need a hug buddy?

Ahoy Art lovers!

It has been a while in between shows at Open Studio so we decided to kick off a run of exhibitions to roll out over the last months of 2017.

First up is the GROUP HUG Group Show on the 29th Sept at 6pm.

There will be artists in attendance, music, food and a few cold beverages.

NEW Ironlak Art Supplies review with Kade Valja

Open Studio regular Kade Valja has recently had a crack at the new Ironlak Artist's supplies that we are now stocking and has given us some great feedback!

Products used:

Ironlak basic acrylic color set 

Ironlak acrylic fluid.

Ironlak pump action markers.

Ironlak brushes.

The Artist Acrylic range is very bright, buttery

and has great coverage straight out of the tube

and goes beautifully with a palette knife. It works harmoniously with the Ironlak Fluid range (*available in Pump Action markers or separate bottles) 

making experimenting with mixing techniques easly achievable.

The Fluid through the airbrush works as well as any quality airbrush paint,

the darker colors work especially well for detail.

The brushes are a good weight and length, smooth and consitent, really great value.
